ACS-SA 19th Symposium

ACS-SA at UC San Diego is partnering with the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry to host our annual Undergraduate Research Symposium! Student researchers have a great opportunity to practice science communication through a poster presentation. Presenters are scored by over 50 judges from UCSD Faculty and industry and awards are given to winning presenters from several divisions. This event will be held May 15, 2025 from 4PM-7PM in Price Center Ballroom East. Submit your abstract here by Wednesday, April 16 by 11:59pm.
Chemistry Career Day

Chemistry Career Day is an annual event to connect student chemists with industrial chemists. Company representatives presented their roles and journey in industry. Students then connected with representatives from companies including BioLegend, Bristol Myers Squibb, Catalent, General Atomics, and Neurocrine Biosciences.
ACS 18th Banquet

ACS held their final event of the year at the Natural Sciences Building. Rebranding to the American Caffeine Society, ACS members came to celebrate and congratulate themselves on making it throughout the year with free dinner, coffee, boba, and games!
