About ACS-SA at UC San Diego
ACS-SA is the largest pre-professional chemistry student organization at UC San Diego. ACS allows chemists to connect in a safe and diverse environment whether it be with faculty, industrial chemists, or fellow peers.
ACS-SA at UCSD is an all-in-one resource for UCSD chemistry students, and we strongly encourage anyone with interests in chemistry to attend ACS-SA events, member or not. Attend any of our weekly events to learn more about the society in chemistry and enjoy the free food provided for anyone in attendance!

Undergraduate Research Symposium
The American Chemical Society - Student Affiliates @ UC San Diego will host the 19th Annual Undergraduate Chemistry Symposium in Chemistry and Biochemistry on Thursday, May 15th from 4:00 - 7:00 pm in the Price Center Ballroom East. This large-scale event will feature undergraduate students who have been conducting chemical research at UC San Diego. These students will be presenting their research posters on an open floor for anyone to come listen! Come join us in listening to the incredible research these students have accomplished and the work they still plan to do!

Chempanions Bingo
Any Chempanions mentor/mentee group can work together to complete one bingo card. Each square requires a group to do a specific action and detail how you did it with evidence. Getting a BINGO or blacking out the bingo board will win you gifts from ACS-SA! You can complete these tasks anytime for the remainder of this school year (end of Spring 2025).
Please be safe and have fun completing the Bingo cards with your mentors/mentees and we look forward to seeing what you do!
